PURPOSE:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for reviewing BOM for preparation of standard cost for products produced at our Benson, NC facility as well as preparing cost studies requested for new and existing products. Purpose: Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, performs duties related to the training, evaluating, and supporting of all Washington Site employees in their professional development. All responsibilities and duties described below are performed for the Washington site. Travel minimal but as needed.

- Administers and scores pre-employment test for all new applicants.
- Conduct New Hire and Contractor Orientations and Oversee the process
- Assist with Coordinating and Updating required OSHA training for all site personnel with EHS Representative.

- Develop and administrate a training database that will maintain employees’ written training files (C-Pro, etc).
- Develops and administers site-specific training programs.
- Represents site for internal and external audits of the training systems.

- Organize and set-up specific training needs as requested by department managers.
- Assist Employees with required online training (Percipio).
