The Global Corporate Communications director will be a trusted Corporate Communications professional within the Berry Global Marketing team. The Injection Molding Tool room is looking for 3 Journeymen for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift Journeyman Toolmaker. The purpose of this position is to safely optimize the performance of the plant and to maintain and repair molds and optimize mold efficiency.

REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor
PURPOSE:The Trainer will model Berry’s Good Manufacturing Practices, provide structured training packer/handlers on shift; evaluate employee’s progress and provide status needs to the shift supervisor. The Trainer ensures that training is uniform and consistent and new hires are able to perform all the functions of a packer/handler.
Night Shift: 6:45pm - 7am working a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off)

Responsible for identifying equipment deficiencies which affect quality control, wear and tear and excess costs. Must demonstrate proper documentation and housekeeping practices to insure quality maintenance is being performed and communicated.
