Responsibilities

The Repro Helper is responsible for ensuring that all scrap materials are collected, weighed and reported correctly and baled for repro as appropriate. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and HACCP policies
  • Weigh scrap and bail in the baler.
  • Inspect the Fork Lift daily before use and change batteries as needed
  • Conduct an inventory of scrap at the end of each shift and complete inventory tickets
  • Report each lines scrap for the shift
  • Maintain housekeeping in bailing area
  • Work overtime shifts as assigned
  • Ability to learn basic computer skills as necessary

Qualifications

More Info on your New Position:

  • Attendance is important! You must be reliable, punctual and consistent.
  • Knowledge of and skill in operating baling equipment
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Ability to read a scale

Education:  Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

3 to 6 months experience as a Production Packer and/or

3 to 6 months experience working in manufacturing in a related field
