The Identity Engineer designs, implements, and manages systems to ensure secure and efficient access to resources, focusing on user identity management, access control, and authentication/authorization processes.

Responsibilities

· Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint ICS IdentityNow

· Update Entra conditional access policies based on least privileged principles

· Design, configure, and implement PAM solution

· Experience with configuring and supporting OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, and SAML SSO protocols.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.

· Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

· Ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy to reduce risk in the organization

· Engage with development teams and other business partners to enhance IAM Service

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 5 years of experience in IAM, with hands-on experience with SailPoint ICS IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, PAM tools such as CyberArk, Delinea, etc. and conditional access policies in Entra.

· Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.

· Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Expertise of modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployments

· Outstanding understanding of policies that reflect system security objectives.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with a wide range of IAM tools and technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea, Entra, iSeries, LDAP, Active Directory.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IAM processes.
