• Handle scheduling conflicts that might arise for customer orders
• Participate in meetings to discuss production problems that have arisen or are anticipated
• Monitor raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventories
• Evaluate short term resource loads and assist with long term planning with Accounting and Sales
• Make recommendations on resource substitution, as appropriate and within engineering and quality limitations
• Work with department supervisors in the implementation of resource allocations
• Make proper adjustments to the scheduling software as current dynamics dictate
• Coordinate effort of multiple departments to resolve logistical issues
• Manage shipping/receiving, inventory analyst, and inventory coordinator functions
• Prepare reports
• Perform other tasks as required
• Follow and enforce applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of operations management, practices, and procedures
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong communication skillls (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Leadership skills
• JDE experience preferred
