Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Lead for our maintenance department to support and lead our Equipment Maintenance Technicians, This awesome leader has experience and knowledge of PLC's, Siemens, Profibus and Allen Bradley drives and ability to troubleshoot relays, fuses, and read schematics of our dry off-set printing machines as well as injection molding machines and automation. This position is a hands-on, working supervisor 70/30 position. This awesome leader prides themselves on the safety mindset, hands-on leading style to train, troubleshooting and leading ability to guide their team to success as well as their attention to detail. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises daily activities of all production and technical hourly employees in the Printing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; disciplining
Education and/or Experience:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables.
