Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1-2 years experience working in maintenance for a manufacturing company
· Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Reasoning - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Effective written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work with limited supervision
· Knowledge of plumbing, and welding is beneficial
· Advanced technical training or applied experience with hydraulics, industrial electricity, electronics, and control systems
· Excellent print reading (schematics) capabilities
· Additional training may be required to retain position
