Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs on injection molding machines.
  • Work with production equipment to maximize run times and insure machines produce quality product.
  • Communicate with others as necessary to keep them informed of maintenance issues and activities.
  • Perform work safely and ensure good housekeeping practices and procedures are followed.

Starting pay: $20.50/hr

2nd Shift Differential: $0.75/hr

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Technical experience and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation.
  • Willingness to be coached and trained.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
