Purpose: Design, implement, and maintain a secure, high-performance network infrastructure that supports Berry Global’s business operations. This role ensures secure reliable connectivity, optimizes network performance, and integrates cutting-edge security and access control solutions to uphold the company’s position as a technology leader.

Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures for IT and OT environments.

· Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure efficient integration of secure practices across all systems

· Develop and implement network access control mechanisms using Aruba ClearPass, ensuring secure connectivity for all users and devices.

· Acquire, configure, implement, maintain, and monitor LAN/WAN/WIFI/Firewall equipment and related services.

· Troubleshoot/Identify problems in the environment and drive them to resolution.

· Monitor network usage to identify short- and long-term trends to identify issues and suggest solutions for improvements to the network infrastructure.

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented

· networks.

· Develop and implement network access control mechanisms ensuring secure connectivity for all users and devices.

· Accept special projects as may be requested.

· Provide after-hours on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

· Minimum of five years of experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (CCNP,CCIE,CISSP, CEH, etc.) preferred.

· Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Python, or Terraform nice to have.

· Proven experience in network security, with a focus on IT/OT security integration.

· Strong knowledge of Fortinet firewall technologies and configuration.

· Experience with Cisco/Aruba LAN and WLAN technologies

· Experience with Aruba ClearPass its applications in network access control.

· Familiarity with industry compliance standards (e.g., NIST/ISO 27001).

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Ability to travel 25-35% of the time.

· Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge.
