Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:

 Follow all company rules as well as GMP's and Safety Absolutes.

To package quality molded product in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.

Make up boxes for packaging product during packing process.

Maintain a clean work area, including conveyor belts, automation equipment, floor and machine.

Able to do required paperwork.

Assist new operators as directed.

Assist Lead Technician or Group Lead wherever needed.

 Must be able to efficiently operate every machine in the department.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent – not required but preferred

Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Must be a team player and help out wherever needed.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Able to work in a fast paced environment

 Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision
