• Performs machine adjustments to maintain safety, quality, and production standards
• Meets established production requirements in accordance with production schedule
• Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product meets specifications
• Performs first piece, periodic and finished product quality inspections including weight, width, length, and packaging to ensure conformance to standards; informs Production Supervisor and/or Team Leader of quality concerns
• Completes accurate production reporting and recordkeeping
• Troubleshoots equipment and process malfunctions; escalates concerns to Production Supervisor and/or Team Leader as needed
• Prepares, packs, and stages finished product for shipment
• Performs sample and/or trial operations as needed
• Maintains safe and clean work environment
• Observes all site safety, quality and production policies
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience (blown film extrusion or film converting experience preferred)
• Mechanical and trouble shooting ability
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Good verbal, writing, and basic math skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others

PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES

• Must be able to stand for continuously for 12 hours
• Lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout during shift
• Twist / Turn repeatedly throughout during shift
• Bending/ Stooping / Kneel repeatedly throughout during shift
• Pushing/ Pulling/ Reaching repeatedly during shift
• Carrying 45+ lbs. repeatedly during shift
• Must be able to wear all required Personal protective equipment (PPE) continuously during shift.
