Primary Job Functions

* Support all safety related policies throughout the facility.

* Support all quality initiatives.

* Support the roll of the Operations Manager.

* Report any and all incidents to the Operations Manager immediately.

* Support all Management decisions as it relates to Production policies and procedures.

* Support production teams and extend training to employees across all shifts as requested by the Operations Manager.

* Inventory of production related parts, IE: Ink, Dr Blades, print mats ext.

* Direct daily activities as it relates to production schedule and including railcar unloading direction as well.

* Fill in on the production floor from time to time as needed for brakes and meetings.

* Fill in for Operations Manager when they are not here or on vacation.

* Engage all employees with a friendly demeanor at all times, show utmost respect to all employees on the production floor.

* Support maintenance with lines being scheduled back to production and setup in a timely manner.

* Be an active part of all of the 5s /6s activities in Production
