Berry is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Legal team to support our Corporate Compliance Programs, which include Ethics & Compliance, Global Trade, Sustainability, and Regulatory.

 

We are currently accepting applications for our Internship Program for Summer 2025. Students interested in learning more about Corporate Compliance programs majoring in Business, Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Pre-Law, or related fields of study are encouraged to apply.

 

Purpose:

Support the enhancement of our Enterprise Risk Management System by developing program assessment capabilities and effectiveness measures across the various compliance areas

Responsibilities

· Gain an understanding of the various enterprise compliance programs at Berry, including their organizational structures, systems, resources, and policies

· Learn about elements of effective compliance programs and research various program standards

· Support the development of assessment tools and methods for documenting compliance program elements

· Meet with compliance program teams to register policies, resources, and organizational structures

· Provide a summary report and presentation of work to the corporate compliance program management

Qualifications

Requirements:

Students must be entering their Junior or Senior year, MBA program, or Law School

 

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Ability to work with remote team members

Ability to set priorities and work within timelines
