Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), any related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and taste or smell. The employee frequently is required to walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, speak and listen.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The employee occasionally works in high places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles. During the summer months, even with climate controls, the work area can be very hot. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Fumes from certain compounds may be offensive to some individuals.
The molding technician position is very fast paced at times. In addition, this position may be strenuous, both physically and emotionally.
