Responsibilities

Purpose: The Faciliteis Assistant will report to the AW Building Maintenance GL. This position will primarily be responsible for providing support to the AW Building Maintenance GL, and will involve a variety of duties.

  1. Support Building Maintenance Group Leader
  2. PM a variety of equipment
  3. Housekeeping and custodian work
  4. Painting
  5. Flooring and flooring repair
  6. Carpentry
  7. Light electrical work
  8. Small-scale roof repair
  9. Light welding
  10. All other duties assigned by Group Leader / Department Manger 



Qualifications

  1. Extensive knowledge of hand tools
  2. Minor electrical experience
  3. Welding experience
  4. Ability to work on own and with others
  5. Proven track record of safety excellence
  6. Exceptional work ethic with high energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  7. Promote a positive work environment
  8. Excellent communication skills
