QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a two year technical degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain, or other related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience; four year degree and Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
- Experience using an MRP/ERP system; proficiency in gathering, analyzing and interpreting data; proficient in Microsoft Excel and related office applications; effectively communicate with customers, both external and internal.
- Provide the highest quality products and services, which meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers; re-engineers processes from scratch; create a learning environment leading to the most efficient and effective work processes; look for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; provide and welcome feedback.
- Develop workable implementation plans; communicate changes effectively; build commitment and overcome resistance; prepare and support those affected by change; monitor transition and evaluate results.

- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes safety glasses, safety goggles, hearing protection, steel toe shoes/boots, face shield, and gloves.
Education: At least 4 years technical degree in manufacturing, mechanical engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of work expirience and techical knowlage.
