The Production Supervisor will be the primary person on shift for the coordination of activities and workers engaged in the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, production schedules, and quality standards. This role reports to the production manager and is accountable for the safety of all associated employees, as well as managing the production and quality of the manufacturing product. Responsibilities:
Education:
Prefer a Business, Operations Management, or Engineering degree, however will consider relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and leadership to peers and subordinates
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work some overtime, as necessary
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and computer operations.
Experience:
3-5 years production supervision experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment.
