Reports directly to the Shift Team Coordinator

Will be competent in using the LOTO system
Responsible for achieving Safety and Productivity Goals (EEF & MEEF)
Will be able to complete job duties assigned in a safe and timely manor
Responsible for clearly understanding all Quality System standards
Will be competent in the use of food grade and nonfood grade greases and other supplies
Will be competent in work completion cleaning and sanitation
Has a full understanding of all Process Data Sheets for major pieces of equipment
Will be competent in verifying that any setups required post repair or changeover are complete and accurate via the engineering approved setup sheets
Will ensure that Down Time Database is filled out and all information is complete
Will ensure that all Tooling Pin Sheets are complete and accurate
Fully qualified to operate Ballymore Color change lifts
Performs pre-use safety checks
Use all PPE required to use these devices
ENTRY Level:
Machine Operator Qualification Complete
Achieve a Minimum Score of 43 on the Wieson Test of Mechanical Aptitude
LMS PT2 ENTRY Level Qualification (Q1) Complete
Primary Machine’s HATT 101 Training Requirements
Activities Include: HMI / Operator Control Stations, Auto Control, Starting, Stopping, Routine Jam Clearing & Fault Reset, and Quality Characteristics Associated with Specific Machine
HATT Pressco Series IV Camera 101 Training
Selected IMC Training Activities as a base foundation for increasing industrial aptitude
HATT OSHA 10 Hour Training Course
Minimum of 6 Months as an Operator or Equivalent Experience
Results of employee’s interview with weighted scores

HATT Pressco Series V Camera 101 Training, HATT UTC 101 Training
Selected IMC Activities as a base foundation for increasing industrial aptitude
Minimum of 6 Months as an Entry Level Process Technician 2
TOP Level:
LMS PT2 TOP Level Qualification (Q3) Complete
Remaining Primary Machine’s HATT 101 Training Requirements
Activities Include: Basic Machine Troubleshooting, Process Control Adjustments, & Critical Fault Interventions
Continued Secondary Equipment HATT 101 Level Training
Selected IMC Activities as a base foundation for increasing industrial aptitude
HATT Electrical 102 Training & Selected IMC 102 Electrical (Basic Overview of Common HATT Machine Electrical Devices)
Minimum of 6 Months as a Mid Level Process Technician 2
Requirements include spending a maximum of a 3 Month Rotation Performing Preventative Maintenance Task at any time during the 18 Months in this roll
Must complete all Top Level Requirements within 24 Months of entering this Position. If not completed by the 18 month timeframe, a development plan will be put in place to achieve the timeframe of 24 months. If Requirements are not met, removal from the Technical Progression program will be the result.
Contributes to the Housekeeping of the Production Floor and Facility
Will follow GMP rules in cleanliness and sanitation of working equipment, tools and storage.
Other Qualifications:
Must have completed High School or GED
Certification in a mechanical curriculum is desired
Must pass Mechanical Comprehension Test
Mechanical Repair and Troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have 6 months experience as an operator
Must have knowledge of desktop computers and various software
Knowledge of the Downtime Database, CMM & Infinity needed (Extra Training will be provided for these)
Must not be in any Disciplinary Level, to include Attendance
