Responsibilities

Primary Function:

The Reclaim Machine Tender is a general utility person responsible for assisting the manufacturing team in meeting all safety, production, and quality goals in their assigned area of operations. 

 

Essential Functions:           

  • Follow all Company policies                                    
  • Adhere to Attendance guidelines
  • Ensure that safety and GMP procedures are followed
  • Provide accurate data as required
  • Perform quality checks for area
  • Assist with machine set up, routine adjustments, and quality checks
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Management or Lead Operator
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Dependable and flexible when work is required in other facets of production
  • Perform duties in a safe manner and report all observed safety hazards to the shift supervisor

Qualifications

Education: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.

 Experience:

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • 3-6 months forklift experience preferred

PAY SCALE: $ $20.50 - $21.75 per hour
