Automation Technician:
1. Perform PM's on regular intervals
2. Troubleshoot PLC's and Drives
3. Respond to reported automation, vision, and robot issues
4. Replace any necessary components such as sensors, electric wiring, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, air/ vaccum lines, and valves
5. Perform Electrical maintenance as needed on machines
Quality Technician:
1. Check quality of product per spot-check schedule
2. Assure QC perfomed to Quality Tolerance standards
3. Perform article tests
4. Maintain required laboratory records, equipment, and safety/ housekeeping duties as needed
Molding Technician:
1. Set-up, start up, and maintain production equipment
2. Ensure quality by verifying that production meets required specifications thru adjustments and documenting any changes to the process
3. Identify production, scrap, and downtime. Update Supervisor
4. Assist mold changer, Utility, Inspector and keep supervisor/ lead technician informed
5. Assure daily preventative maintenance requirements.
Tooling Technician:
1. Inspection and cleaning of all molds
2. Complete internal repairs and mold evaluations
3. Inspection of all molds after external repair/ test runs
4. Maintain mold boxes and skids
5. Assist with crating/ uncrating tools and components.
6. Update mold maintenance databases
Maintenance Technician:
1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, buildings, and grounds
2. Carry out preventative maintenance on all production equipment according to maintenance plans
3. Perform emergency repairs as directed by supervisor
4. Evaluate and troubleshoot all electrical/ mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery and equipment.
5. Daily report to Maintenance Supervisor
All positions require regular safety standards, housekeeping, and training within the department as needed. All other duties as required
Automation Technician:
1. 5-7 years maintenance and automation experience preferred
2. Must be mechanically inclined and have previous electrical experience
3. Must be familiar with the operation of PLCs, Drives, and robots
4. Must have willingness to take a hands-on approach during times of process interruoption
5. Must be safety and quality conscience at all times.
Quality Technician:
1. Working knowledge of ISO
2. SQF knowledge
3. Previous Quality experience preferred
Molding Technician:
1. Working knowledge of ISO and SQF
2. Previous processing experience in a Injection Molding facility preferred
3. Mechnically inclined
4. Safety and quality conscience at all times
Tooling Technician:
1. Working knowledge of ISO 9000/ QS 9000 and SQF
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding
3. Experience related to quality testing, inspection, and measuring of plastic parts
4. Ability to properly start/ shut down injection molding machines and support equipment including robots
Maintenance Technician:
1. Prior maintenance experience
2. Communication Skills
3. Ability to prioritize work effciently
