Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Follow all Company safety, GMP, and HACCP policies
  • Documentation of Hold Products rejected and/or released using QA Hold Procedures and QAN database
  • Track pallets to have additional product pulled when non-conformances are found
  • Conduct Warehouse audit daily
  • Inspect all lines for product and packaging for compliance to specifications
  • Provide guidance to SQC’s on quality packaging and scheduling issues
  • Write performance evaluations for Section Quality Coordinators
  • Input daily testing results in QA database each shift
  • Housekeeping in the lab and completion of duties on Master Cleaning schedule
  • Run labels according to production schedule and document
  • Perform other testing as needed
  • Inform Shift Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Assurance department of any problems with production or packaging
  • Assist in the disposition of non-conforming product in the holding area.
