The IT EDI System Programmer Analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of ERP integrations and Project management methods within ERP services for all applications supporting EDI.

Responsibilities

  • Mapping of the EDI documents in X12 and cXML.
  • Support and maintain EDI applications in Inovis.
  • Support and maintain AS2 software Trailblazer.
  • Support using SQL and Query
  • Analyze and solution work flow issues within JDE modules like: Order Management, Invoicing, Procurement and Shipping
  • Ability to interface with internal or external business partners, management and other IT as required through demonstrated verbal and written communications.
  • Participates in specific assignments/projects to produce recommendations and set expectations of path to follow for EDI.
  • Help direct RPG programmers on development needed to support EDI from the areas listed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with Inovis Trusted Link EDI Software on the AS400/iSeries and Trailblazer
  • Minimum 2 years experience with JDE World ERP System.
  • S. degree in Business, Computer Science or 5 years equivalent experience required
  • Excellent problem solving, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all levels of the business.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and across functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 PC applications
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • Highly motivated to build a thorough knowledge of user functions
  • Driven to continue technology and business education
  • Strong knowledge of ERP system data files or broad data analysis experience
  • Excellent business analysis and project management experience
  • Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
  • Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, including troubleshooting issues with applications and reports

Preferred Requirements:

  • Preferred 5 years experience with Inovis Trusted Link EDI Software on the AS400/iSeries and Trailblazer
  • Preferred 3 years experience with JDE World ERP System
