Position Summary: The Executive Compensation & Equity Senior Program Manager is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, administration, and management of the Company’s executive compensation and equity programs. This role will provide valuable data-driven insights to improve the efficiency, engagement, and effective delivery while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and People & Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment, design, and development of executive and equity compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, effectiveness, legal, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manager the day-to-day administration of executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
  • Conduct executive compensation benchmarking.
  • Support internal and external executive compensation offers, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Conduct market analysis to benchmark executive compensation and equity offerings against industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements (SEC and IRS) and cost and tax efficiency of compensation programs.
  • Prepare and analyze compensation information in response to regulatory requests on an ad hoc basis.
  • Lead equity plan administration related to the grant and vest process for awards, agreements, and communications.
  • Support the preparation of the Compensation & Talent Development Committee materials, regulatory filings, and any other executive compensation disclosures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data for internal analysis and external disclosure (Proxy Statement tables).
  • Advise executives, leadership, and the People team on compensation matters, including policy interpretation and program design.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of executive compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Compensation (CCP) and/or Equity (CEP) certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, design, planning, and implementation of executive compensation and equity programs.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools/software and HR information systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines efficiently with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work within large, complex engagements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Strong professional presence.

Additional Requirements:

  • Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Requires the capability for <25% travel domestically and internationally.

This role may be based in our Evansville, IN office, hybrid, or remote.
