Position Summary: The Global Mobility & Immigration Senior Program Manager will oversee and manage the Company’s global mobility and immigration programs. This role will play an integral part in ensuring compliance with global regulations, policies, and supporting the overall employee experience during relocation, assignments, and their immigration lifecycle. The role will also be a key advisor to global leadership and will collaborate with our People team to deliver on mobility and immigration management, compliance, and providing support to internal clients across every aspect of our People strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our global mobility and immigration program to create a desirable employee experience.
  • Develop and implement the global mobility strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and talent management strategies, including early careers.
  • Focus on compliance requirements related to global mobility (local employment rules, tax, and immigration).
  • Provide support and advise on immigration impact throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, promotion, job changes, and/or termination.
  • Develop analytics to understand mobility program trends, track cases, and case metrics.
  • Partner with and influence internal teams to ensure assignments receive holistic support, including leading the implementation of efficiencies and workflows.
  • Lead stakeholder communications on global mobility and immigration.
  • Manage global mobility employee data within HCM to ensure accurate information management.
  • Lead global initiatives in new/expanding markets providing guidance on all aspects of mobility and immigration.
  • Manage external vendor partnerships on end-to-end services.
  • Provide guidance on right to work compliance, business travelers, and any regulatory requirements collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Global Mobility (GMS) and/or Relocation (CRP) certification preferred.
      • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, design, planning, and implementation of global mobility and immigration programs.
      • Strong knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and tax compliance.
      • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Proficiency in using global mobility software and HR information systems.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
      • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
      • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
      • Strong ability to manage cross-culturally.
      • Strong professional presence.
      • Client service focus.

      Additional Requirements:

      • Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
      • Requires the capability for >25% travel domestically and internationally.

      This role may be based in our Evansville, IN office, hybrid, or remote.
