Responsibilities

Summary

 

To provide resins, concentrates, additives and all packaging supplies for all lines within designated area. Remove finished product and scrap from lines, stretch wrap and inventory complete all finished pallets. Perform resin changes when required.

 

  • Maintain optimum inventory levels of additive and concentrate in floor hold area
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with work orders by providing proper resins to lines
  • Responsible for provided all packaging supplies to the line staging areas
  • Responsible for changing resin on order changes
  • Responsible for scanning all finished good into inventory (DC LINK)
  • Responsible for properly labelling, weighing and transferring shift scrap
  • Documents discrepancies and/or problems with resin systems and blenders
  • Follows AIB Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) per written procedures and practices
  • Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards as prescribed
  • Process paperwork as it relates to material type, pounds, etc.
  • Maintenance on pumps and blenders as designated
  • Empties rail cars and prepares necessary documents
  • Prepares reports as requested
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Forklift license
  • Knowledge of DC Link
  • Good communication skills
