Purpose: The Banking Validation Intern will work with new and existing vendors to validate new and changed banking requirements to ensure timeliness of electronic payments.

Responsibilities

· Speak directly with vendors to validate electronic banking

· Follow detailed work processes to minimize fraud

· Represent the company with extreme professionalism while speaking to vendors

Qualifications

· Detail oriented with ability to multi-task required

· Current college student with flexible work schedule preferred

· Ability to make and return phone calls during regular business hours

· Ability to communicate professionally with both domestic and international vendors

· Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
