Responsibilities

· Develop and manage the organization's network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure IT services.

· Oversee the design and implementation of SDWAN technology to enhance network performance and efficiency.

· Prepare and manage the IT network budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

· Handle capital expenditure (capex) requests, justifying the need for network investments and managing procurement processes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure with business objectives.

· Monitor network performance, implementing improvements and upgrades as necessary.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Provide leadership and direction to the network team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

· Establish goals and objectives for the network team.

· Manage and maintain vendor relationships for the network environment.

Qualifications

  1.  Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  2.  Minimum of five years experience with network equipment.
  3.  CCNA, CCNP or related recognized industry certification.
  4.  Thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet and TCP/IP networking.
  5.  Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with network related services.
  6.  Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7.  Previous experience managing employees
  8.  Strong Project leadership experience.
  9.  Experience with evaluation, selection and recommendation of network components and services.
  10.  Excellent project leadership skills and experience.
  11.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  12.  Ability to travel 25-35% of the time.
  13.  Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge.
