Nautic Partners, LLC completed its acquisition of the Specialty Tapes business from Berry Global Group, Inc., rebranding the company as Vybond™. As a standalone business, Vybond is poised to strengthen its leadership in pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, delivering innovative solutions to industrial and specialty markets worldwide. Headquartered in Franklin, KY, with facilities in Riverhead, NY, and Bristol, RI, Vybond Group, Inc. manufactures specialty foil, film, and duct tapes and adhesives. With over 1,500 specialty SKUs spanning 500+ product families, Vybond serves 1,500+ customers across the HVAC, building and construction, industrial, retail, medical, aerospace, automotive, and other specialty industries. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions.
2. Must learn and be able to perform the duties of packers, core cutter, box maker, rewinders, threaders, and hand packers.
3. Operate and make adjustments to shrink wrap machines, ensuring proper flow of materials.
4. Set-up shrink wrap to seal various product put-ups.
5. Keep shrink wrapper supplied with film, labels, etc. Ensure that the proper labels are being used.
6. Perform minor repairs and maintenance to the shrink wrapper and associated equipment, including the in feed conveyor.
7. Keep packer supplied with packaging materials.
8. Remove defective rolls before and after they are shrink-wrapped.
9. Help crewmembers with their duties, including stamping, labeling and making boxes and helping with drum change.
10. Rework defective product as time permits.
11. Follow safety, GMP and company rules and regulations
12. Notify supervisor of any quality or maintenance problems.
13. Maintain necessary records.
14. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
15. Perform other duties as required or directed.

QUALIFCATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or GED Preferred
2. Previous manufacturing experience preferred

3. Must have excellent attendance
4. Maintain a safe work environment
5. Must be able to work overtime as required
6. Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
7. Ability to read and write.
