As an Operator Technician, you play a pivotal role in driving our plant's operations to produce top-notch products efficiently and on time. Working collaboratively, you'll skillfully handle high-speed assembly and injection molding machines, ensuring that customer scheduling and quality requirements are met. Your responsibilities include executing machine adjustments, overseeing process startups, and upholding 5S standards to guarantee a flawless product. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to safety and GMP standards will be critical in maintaining our high-quality output. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, you'll actively contribute to refining equipment, processes, and systems.  

 

 

Night Shift (6:30PM-6:30AM)

Work just 15 days a Month with a Rotating Schedule!!!

(Bi-weekly Schedule:  work Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday, Saturday & Sunday,  off Monday & Tuesday, work Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday Saturday & Sunday then the schedule starts over)

Responsibilities

  • Skillfully executes tasks necessary for the safe operation of high-speed assembly and injection molding machines. 
  • Proficiently communicates and puts into effect customer scheduling and quality requirements. 
  • Takes charge of PM’s (preventative maintenance) and minor machine adjustments. 
  • Conducts process startups and fulfills production requirements. 
  • Ensures product quality through meticulous process control, test analysis, response planning, and thorough documentation. 
  • Always uphold GMP and safety standards. 
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and actively engages in meetings related to job duties and line performance. 
  • Thoroughly inspects, checks, and tests parts to verify quality. 
  • Tracks trends, identifies root causes of issues, and implements appropriate countermeasures.
  • Analyzes processes, gathers statistical data, and engages in proactive troubleshooting throughout shifts. 
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement activities aimed at optimizing equipment, processes, and systems. 
  • Attention to detail is critical.

Qualifications

  • Ability to actively engage in team meetings, effectively communicate key safety, quality, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement aspects. 
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer skills. 
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving team objectives. 
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Must be able to read/write/comprehend English. 
  • Must have basic math skills. 
  • Be able to stand for prolong time; up to 12 hours 
  • Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs.
