Responsibilities

Manufacturing Projects
- Develop and implement production processes and documentation improvement projects aligned to OPEX.
- Improve and streamline WH components area (colorant, valves, liners and additives)
- Analyze and implement advanced manufacturing techniques.
- Work with engineering product development teams on design for manufacturability and testability.
- Direct the preparation of process failure modes and effects analyis documents.
- Develop processes for new production introductions into the manufacturing environment.
- Organize and lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
- Review staffing designs and make recommendations to improve design, reduce cost, or increase production efficiency.
- Determine engineering hours and project costs to provide project estimates used in the development of quotes.
- Confer with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

 

Project Support
-Lend expertise and aid as needed to the Manufacturing Teams.
-Participate in regular meetings.
-Complete special projects as required.
-Coordinate and implement all 6S activities and training sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelors Engineer

Industrial Engineer experiece preferred

Proficient with MS Office
