This position's primary Function is to perform preventive and repair maintenance work on production machinery to ensure the continuous production of high quality film while maintaining all safety work standards.
Education: Knowledge of a specialized field gained through specialized training equivalent to one year of college or trade school or equivalent experience of four to five years preferred. Associate degree in electrical or electro-mechanical technology desirable.
Experience: In addition to the educational requirements, two to four years of experience in industrial electrical repair including drives, instrumentation, and process controls involving high-speed production equipment such as extruders, resin conveying equipment, packing equipment, and state of the art process controls; PLC troubleshooting and programming; troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC drives.
