Responsibilities

Working a 12.5-hour, 4 days on, 4 days off scheduled night shift (6:30 to 7:00), the process line operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned line in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity. And to provide support to the Line Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Safety: Near-miss and BBS reporting participation
  • Meet productivity standards
  • Complete required documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
  • Adjust machinery as needed

Qualifications

  • A high Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior manufacturing experience in a fast-paced automated environment.
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Recent manufacturing experience
  • positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task with little direction while maintaining high attention to detail
