Responsibilities

The Mankato facility is looking for a Repro Operator to support the production floor.  This entry level position will reprocess product, palletize and stack product.  The ideal candidate must have forklift driving experience while working independently.  

 

Starting rate of pay $21.67 per hour, plus $1.75 for differential for hours worked between 5 pm - 5 am.

 

Working an 8-hour shift, Sunday - Thursday from 11 pm to 7 am.

 

  • Operate the Repro line on respective shift and maintain top output as possible.
  • Cut up roll stock on guillotine as needed to keep repro running and roll stock inventory to a minimum.
  • Maintain repro segregation/organization/safe stacking.
  • Maintain scrap segregation/organization/safe stacking.
  • In charge of housekeeping in the repro/scrap area.
  • Communicate issues with equipment through maintenance slips to keep the line up to standard.
  • Forklift operations.

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or up to one-year related extrusion experience or training.
  • Working an 8-hour shift, Sunday - Thursday from 11 pm to 7 am.
  • Working in a high paced, stressful, extremely warm environment.
  • Regularly lifting up to 35 lbs., occasional up to 75 lbs.; stooping, bending, and climbing ladders to multi-levels
  • Other duties as assigned.
