Responsibilities

Ensure the SAFETY of all employees.

2          Follow all Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.

3          Know and follow all PMO work instructions.

4          Stir and add ink.

5          Clean blankets and plates.

6          Change blankets.

7          Start/stop printers.

8          Clean color heads, rollers and fountains.

9          Set up color heads for next print run.

10        Complete plate changes if Cell Leader requests.

11        Check plates, inks, set-up and color standard against printer set up sheet.

12        Clear unload and in-feed jams.

13        Maintain appropriate speed assigned each press.

14        Follow all GMPs.

15        Fill in for Cell Leader when necessary.

16        Must complete PMOT Training booklet.

16        Any other duties assigned by Cell Lead, Group Lead, or Manager.

  • Must have 3 or less attendance points.
  • Must have good Quality record.
  • Must have good Safety record.
  • Must take Mechanical Aptitude test.
  • Must PASS color blindness test.
  • Must score "Average" or better on Munsell Hue test.
