Responsibilities

  • Originates and develops analysis methods for determining reliability of components, equipment, and processes
  • Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports for defining reliability problems and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Conducts an analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the reliability solutions required for the particular situation.
  • Acquires downtime data and analyzes the data.
  • Ensures reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Supports maintenance management systems.
  • Maintains files and documents on all projects, including updates.
  • Work with Engineering, Maintenance Technicians, and Operations to accomplish tasks.
  • Daily reliability tasks as required

  • An interest in machinery health monitoring diagnostic equipment and analysis techniques.

  • Enrolled in a BS/MS degree program related to non-woven science including engineering, polymer science,chemistry, etc. (ABET accredited mechanical engineering program preferred).
