The quality manager will represent the site quality process both internally and externally. They will lead the quantity management system (GMS), ensuring that product physical properties and attributes meet customer expectations while achieving site business goals. The quality manager will partner with the leadership team to ensure everyone understands the QMS and is functioning according to the requirements to achieve performance goals and drive customer satisfaction.

Education: BS in Quality Management or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience within non-woven manufacturing. Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of work experience in a leadership capacity within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Computer literacy is essential, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Point, and Word. Experience with Quality Windows and JD Edwards is preferred. Excellent communication skills are required.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment, in a quality lab, and on the plant floor with frequent contact with others. It requires prolonged sitting and frequent bending, stooping, and stretching; manual dexterity; the ability to distinguish letters; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; and the use of office equipment.
