7pm-7am swing schedule

Every other weekend Friday-Sunday off

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain material levels for all material systems.
  • Know which materials to use for different products.
  • Able to assist with emptying of the material systems.
  • Able to assist with the filling of the material systems.
  • Know how to fill out load / unload sheets and where to access them.
  • Assist with startup of thermoforming lines.
  • Must consecutively communicate with other shift leads and employees.
  • Follow all HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards at all times.
  • Know and understand important ISO and SQF information.
  • Know what your cleaning tasks are, how to safely complete the task, where the cleaning tasks book is kept, and to sign off on them.
  • Keep work area clean and safe.
  • Any other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or previous work experience.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Must have good work and attendance record.
  • Good reading comprehension and basic math skills.
  • Lead by example & be a team player.
  • Able to work with limited supervision & handle high-pressure situations.
  • Fork truck experience preferred, but not required.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds to waist level.
  • Ability to handle and pull full totes with fork truck or pallet jack.
  • Must be able to ascend and descend ladders.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop during entire shift.
