As a member of the Ecommerce Team, the Ecommerce Partner (ECP) will develop lasting relationships with customers.  ECP’s educate our customers on Berry Global’s industry leading product offering and manufacturing technology, our commitment to giving them an awesome customer experience, and our mission of “always advancing to protect what’s important”. They will deliver an ongoing narrative of Berry’s capabilities and value-added programs. Through consistent outreach and the use of adult learning techniques, they will maximize retention of our message.

Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with customers by providing a highly personalized, proactive, memorable, and engaging customer experience.
  • Delivers focused messages through outbound calls that convey how Berry Global is fundamentally committed to giving our customers the best experience above our competitors.
  • Educates and informs customers on the scope of Berry Global’s wide offerings and capabilities.
  • Resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Achieves or exceeds established minimum productivity levels.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, outgoing, positive attitude
  • An ability to build relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to embrace a unique CRM dynamic and employ specific messaging techniques.
