Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:

  •   Follow all company rules as well as GMP's and Safety Absolutes.
  • To package quality molded product in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
  • Make up boxes for packaging product during packing process.
  • Maintain a clean work area, including conveyor belts, automation equipment, floor and machine.
  • Able to do required paperwork.
  • Assist new operators as directed.
  • Assist Lead Technician or Group Lead wherever needed.
  • Must be able to efficiently operate every machine in the department.

 

AUTHORITY:

  • To stop production anytime they feel conditions are hazardous or unsafe to either themselves or another employee

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent – not required but preferred
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Must be a team player and help out wherever needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision
  • Must be in current mold classification
