Summary: The following details the expectations of a Printing Machine Inspector/Packer:
SECOND SHIFT- MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 7:30am - 4:00pm
Must be flexible to work (1-2) alternating Saturdays per month, or when customer demand requires
Rate of Pay: starts at $18.50/hr, the Inspector/Packer role includes pay increases up to $20.46/hr after one(1) year of service, (this includes a 50 cent 2rd-Shift Differential)
$1000.00 Retention Bonus Program: $500 Retention Bonus after 90 days of service, $500 Rentention Bonus after 6 months of service
Potential to earn perfect attendance personal days (up to 3 a year)
Benefits for full time team members available the first of the month after 30 days of service
401K Eligibility and Match after 90 days of service
Paid Holidays (11), Paid Vacation and Unpaid Sick Time available for full time employees after 90 days of service
Teammembers receive bonuses two times a year, in June and December

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
At a minimum, the environment requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment such as: safety glasses, ear plugs, bump caps, beard/hair nets, and steel toed shoes. Additional PPE maybe needed for various tasks.
