This is a remote internship position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating impactful marketing collateral and content in various formats (video, print, digital) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support the execution of marketing communications strategies to enhance internal and external connections, improve customer experience, and solidify our market position
  • Facilitate the approval processes for marketing materials
  • Manage digital content on internal platforms, maintaining organization and accessibility.
  • Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing materials and educate internal stakeholders on brand identity principles
  • Collaborate in developing brand and product messaging based on an understanding of product portfolios, customer motivations, and strategic brand implications
  • Support the creation and execution of omnichannel digital campaigns, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Video and Social Advocacy

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1+ year of work experience or internships in marketing, communications, or related field is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) is an advantage.
  • Previous digital marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to navigate a complex organizational structure and build positive relationships.
  • Team player with a strong desire to learn and take on responsibility
