The Quality Systems and Office Coordinator manages the document control, training, and other quality systems. In addition the coordinator will support the HR and front office team with support in payroll, document control and administrative tasks.

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage document control system
  • Manage training program
  • Training of employees on quality systems / documents as needed
  • Manage pest control program
  • Manage corrective action database
  • Manage internal assessment database
  • Trained internal auditor
  • Participation in customer audits as needed
  • Participate in root cause / QRQC events
  • Assist with customer COCs
  • Complete customer surveys
  • Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement.
  • Assist as a backup for Weekly processing of Hourly Payroll
  • Assist and helps completes tasks & projects across all areas of the plant
  • Support office staff
  • Support HR with documentation and training as needed
  • Ability to train groups or one on one
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

 

    • Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing and lifting.
    • Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
    • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
    • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient computer skills using JDE, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applicable software
    • Ability to handle sensitive information
    • Ability to complete administrative takes, including but not limited to filing, faxing, email, excel, data input and documentation control.
    • Ability to present in group settings
    • Attention to detail
    • Bachelors or Associate Degree Preferred.
    • Work is performed in an office environment with frequent contact with others. Ability to manage multiple functional areas and develop/execute plans for the plant. Must have excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of technical aspects and financial issues. Able to lead and/or coordinate activities of different functional areas within the plant. The ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
