Purpose:
 

As a Marketing Specialist with our team, you'll help shape the direction for our top Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tape brands. Working with our Channel Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and refining our marketing messages, ensuring they resonate across every channel.

With your creativity, you will lead the development of marketing materials to capture attention and communicate our brands’ value propositions. You will also help lead the execution of the marketing strategy through tradeshows, website management, social media, literature creation, and sales tool development, implementing marketing initiatives aligned with our strategic plans and business goals.

Collaborating with internal and external partners, you'll develop marketing collateral that supports our product lines and strengthens our market position. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert and support our sales team, giving them the insights and tools to launch and promote new and existing products.

This position demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and an understanding of go-to-market strategies across a wide variety of industries—from aerospace to medical to building materials. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, and we will work together to build brands that stand out!

Responsibilities

  • Determine clear product positioning and communication strategies. Manage product positioning vehicles, including websites, tradeshows, marketing automation, social media, advertising, sell sheets, research, and presentations.
  • Visit customers, trade associations, and conferences to understand current trends and competitive challenges. Lead the coordination of small and large trade shows representing our products.
  • Work with commercial, product development, and product management teams to clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Support marketing budget alignment and management.
  • Manage brand standards. Support photoshoots, copywriting, artwork development, and packaging initiatives to meet brand standards. Manage external agency partners where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field required
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing for an in-house team or agency
  • Thorough knowledge of content marketing, marketing strategy, and communication vehicles
  • High proficiency level with MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Marketing automation experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience creating and editing marketing content
  • Ability to work well in high-pressure environment
  • Capability to build and foster excellent rapport with Sales, Product Management, and Product Development teams
  • Team player with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to travel required (20-30%)
