Responsibilities

THIS IS A ROTATING, 12 HOUR NIGHT POSITION FROM 7:00PM - 7:00AM, INCLUDING EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Install, alter, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical molding equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC system when needed.
  • Perform all required Machine preventative maintenance tasks within the timeline specified on all assigned equipment in the molding department.
  • Perform all tasks and complete any required documentation in ISO/ SQF. 
  • Assist with any other tasks asked of you when needed in order to be a team player and help out wherever you may be needed.
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Follow all GMP’s

Minimum Training Period - 2 Months

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
