Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

Join us this summer in an internship assignment. Our mission is to foster an environment of learning and application. Our commitment is to provide you with a real-life, meaningful experience where you will manage projects from start to finish, network with cross-functional teams, and give a final presentation to showcase your excellent work. We strive to challenge you and reward you for good work.

As a Summer Intern, you will gain hands on experience working on a variety of projects assisting our teams in solving complex business challenges.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Consult/collaborate with internal teams to gather new/updated data.
  • Identify and clean bad data.
  • Use data analytics tools (Tableau, Python, Excel) to research customer sales history
  • Classifying customers based on research and analysis.
  • Analyze and Recommend strategies to pursue for each segment
  • Assist with the creation of various ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Assist with documentation updates
  • Utilizing technical skills, such as Python and SQL, to enhance, accelerate, and scale existing processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in an accredited Baccalaureate or Master's degree program with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher, pursuing a degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum completion of sophomore status in good standing preferred
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with assertiveness and strong initiative.
  • Desire to understand business problems and evaluate results in a business context.
  • Written and verbal communication skills adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for continuous learning
  • Participation in school or extracurricular activities and experience in leadership roles preferred
