Perform all tasks in a safe manner

· Understand and fully utilize all test procedures.

· Operate all diagnostic equipment needed to perform job

· Perform all in-process and finished product testing as required by specification or as assigned by management.

· Coordinate with QA Lead, Shift Supervisor, Line Leader, Production Technician, Process Engineer, and other Operations team members to resolve issues or discrepancies.

· Actively participate in safety, product, and compliance audits

· Enter correct data into Quality Windows, perform analysis of data, and report trends that indicate process issues.

· Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the QA and Operations teams.

· Communicate effectively with internal customers as well as co-workers to solve problems and enhance capabilities of the team

· Train others as needed

· Ability to work OT as needed

· Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma Required

· At least 2 years manufacturing experience

· Must be willing to rotate shifts if needed, in order to cover for other associates on vacation, sick leave, etc

· This is a 12 hour night shift position

· Based on business needs, Berry Global in Benson is a 24/7/365 facility
