Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions.
    2. Prepare workstation for specific orders to be processed with correct packaging materials.
    3. Make visual inspections of finished tape rolls appearance and quality.
    4. Sort tape as to scrap, rewind, second line and good rolls and pack in the prescribed manner.
    5. Seal Cartons where applicable and move onto conveyor or pallet.
    6. Stamp cartons or boxes with correct identification and check for proper labeling.
    7. Maintain Supply of packaging materials.
    8. Perform various bookkeeping duties and computations to maintain records of materials processed.
    9. Follow prescribed safety and GMP regulations.
    10. Notify operator and/or supervisor of any quality or maintenance problems.
    11. Perform other duties as required or directed.
    12. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
    13. Move materials as necessary.
    14. Maintain necessary records.
    15. Assist crewmembers with their duties as time permits.
    16. Perform other duties required as directed.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  1. Must have excellent attendance
  2. Maintain a safe work environment
  3. Must be able to work overtime as required
  4. Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
  5. Ability to read and write.
