Responsibilities

  • Assist on safety program
  • Assist with obsolete electrical parts
  • Learn LOTO, work on upgrading system
  • Assist on line cleaning electrical PMs
  • Assist with electrical panel PMs
  • Assist with calibration of equipment
  • Assist with basic trouble shooting of equipment
  • Assist with electrical system upgrades (blenders)
  • Assist with electrical and pneumatic equipment
  • Assist with any electrical breakdowns where needed
  • Assist engineering department with electrical system upgrades and new equipment installation

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited Associate in Applied Science in Engineering Technologies degree program
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Problem-solving skills, assertiveness and strong initiative
  • Team-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for continuous learning
  • Participation in school or extracurricular activities and experience in leadership roles preferred
