Responsibilities

· Learn business practices and business etiquette as it relates to Logistics support

· Analyze data to drive operational efficiencies

· Translate complex analytics into clear concise actionable communication and influence logistics team through the presentation of data-base recommendations

· Work collaboratively with other organizations within the supply chain to support business processes

· Assist Logistics team in researching cost-saving and service improvement opportunities

· Support logistics team on reporting and reinforcing of Key Performance Indicators

· Lead at least one Logistics related project

· Assist with the creation of various ad-hoc reporting requests

· Assist with documentation updates

· Create weekly reports for Logistics team

· Create documentations on Logistics KPI logics and calculations

· Refresh/Updates weekly Tableau data

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· In pursuit or a recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain/Operation /Logistics Management, Statistics, Information Management or related field

· Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Exceptional creative problem solving abilities

· Willingness to learn and adapt to policy and priority changes

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment with ability to multitask

· Individual must be williing to work in Evansville, IN. Roughly 20 hours/week through the school year and full time (40 hours/week) through the summer
