Responsibilities

  • Packages bags/rolls
  • Works closely with Operator  to ensure understanding of all directions
  • Inspects product to ensure we meet quality specifications on work order and/or specific customer requirements
  • Works with operator to Make in-process adjustments to maintain product quality
  • Pulls resin samples and finished product retains as needed
  • Weighs, packages and labels finished product Works a 12-hour day, 3/4 days a week; every other weekend is mandator
  • Night Shift Available only - 8p to 8a

 

Qualifications

  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to read a ruler to 1/8”/tape measure and gauge caliper device
  • No experience necessary; training provided
  • Ability to handle & resolve problems
  • Good, common sense
  • Must be punctual; at line on time
  • No fear of heights
  • Can read and follow written and verbal  instructions & specifications in English

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand for the working hours during the 12 hour shift and communicate
  • Ability to see and hear
  • Occasionally required to stretch, bend, climb, or balance
  • Often required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently required to lift 30 to 40 pounds
  • Occasionally climb tower stairways up to 45 feet high
